The soccer team at the Curtis Corner Middle School in South Kingstown won this year’s Rhode Island State Championship on Monday, Nov. 11. Team member Marcus Howe, of South Kingstown and Block Island, is a seventh grader at the school. The team went undefeated during the regular season. Marcus started as a forward striker in all four playoff games
Marcus is the son of Corrie Heinz and Tony Howe.
